Jen Kissinger

Since attending Boot Camp, I have switched employers, helped launch a start-up company, and focused my service in the industry to Owner Representative services for Public Entities pursuing Capital Improvement Projects. I work mostly with municipalities, fire departments, police departments, and counties to help navigate them through concept to completion of their necessary building projects. It really has reinvigorated my passion for my clients, allowed me to enjoy my work again, and given me the work/life balance that I was missing. I have been able to focus personally on my faith and starting some small groups in my community. Being at camp really helped me gain a perspective on my life and not just my career.

Since attending Boot Camp, I was awarded two industry awards. St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 under 40 Class of 2015 and ENR Midwest’s 20 under 40 Class of 2016.
