In the fall, I was invited to Kiewit’s Leadership program. That was a career highlight for me. It was a goal finally achieved, although now the hard work has really begun. I really owe a lot of the past 6 months to the Leadership Boot Camp. I was gifted with passion and drive, but until Boot Camp, I really lacked a clear focus. You helped me see more clearly the big picture. If you ever wonder if the Boot Camp touches lives, you need to look no farther than this young engineer.
